Sign in

Use the email address for your existing account. In the iPhone app, enter your email and use the sign-in code we send you. If you normally use Google on the website, use that same email address.

Notifications

Open Account to enable or turn off room notifications. If iOS permissions are off, you can allow notifications in iPhone Settings. Notifications tell you when a reply is ready; read the reply inside Autolabel.

Saved work and uploads

Sign in to the correct artist profile to find its conversations and saved work. Uploads need an internet connection. If a request fails, keep the original file and try again when your connection is stable.

Delete your account

Open Account, choose Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. We process requests within seven days and confirm by email. See data deletion for the scope and retained records.

Contact support

Email hello@preballin.com with the account email, what happened, and the device you use. Keep passwords and sign-in codes private.
