Data Deletion Instructions
If you want your Autolabel account, Artist Dashboard workspace, connected-platform data, or uploaded artist context deleted, send a deletion request to hello@preballin.com or through the contact form on the PREBALLIN website.
Include this information
- The email address used for your Autolabel account.
- Your artist/project name or workspace name.
- Whether you want account deletion, connected-platform deletion, workspace deletion, or a specific file/context removed.
What happens next
PREBALLIN will verify the request, remove eligible Autolabel data, and confirm completion. Some records may be retained where required for security, tax, payment, dispute, abuse-prevention, backup, or legal obligations.
Connected platforms
If you connected a third-party platform, you may also need to revoke Autolabel access from that platform’s own app settings. Autolabel will remove stored connection data it controls after a verified deletion request.
