Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Autolabel, the Artist Dashboard, Label Balance, Label Sessions, guided support, and custom services connected to the product.

Using Autolabel

  • You are responsible for the artist materials, links, files, prompts, and context you upload or submit.
  • You must have the right to use any music, artwork, images, copy, or third-party data you provide.
  • Do not use Autolabel to violate platform rules, privacy rights, copyright, or applicable law.

Permission to work with your content

Content permission version: 2026-10-05. We ask you to explicitly agree for each artist profile before new uploads, submissions or content processing.

You keep ownership of your music, artwork, videos, text and other materials.

You confirm that you own the materials you provide or have all permissions needed for the uses you request, including permissions from collaborators, performers and other rights holders. If you manage an artist, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that artist.

You grant Autolabel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, organize, display in your workspace, analyze and adapt those materials only to provide the services you request. Service providers may process them as needed for those services. In the iOS app, AI processing also requires separate permission.

Autolabel may publish or share your materials to connected services only when you request or schedule that action. You are responsible for securing any additional rights needed for that destination and use.

You can withdraw this permission in Account to stop new submissions and processing started through the app or website. Work you already requested and scheduled posts may finish; cancel those separately. Remove stored materials or request account deletion to remove copies under our privacy and deletion policies.

Subscriptions and Label Balance

Subscriptions cover access, guidance, and service level. Label Balance is separate prepaid usage balance for AI/model usage, heavier workflows, analysis, generation, and automation. Pricing and included support may vary by plan.

AI and recommendations

Autolabel can help plan, organize, analyze, and draft artist workflows. Outputs are recommendations and working materials, not guaranteed commercial results, playlist placements, platform growth, press, label deals, or industry outcomes.

Third-party platforms

Connected integrations depend on each platform’s API access, review status, usage limits, and terms. If a platform does not expose a stat or permission, Autolabel will show a fallback or unavailable state rather than inventing data.

Custom services

Level 3 / custom industry-connected work is scoped case by case. Introductions, curation, and partner access are handled carefully and do not guarantee responses, placements, or deals.
