These terms cover use of Autolabel, the Artist Dashboard, Label Balance, Label Sessions, guided support, and custom PREBALLIN services connected to the product.
Using Autolabel
- You are responsible for the artist materials, links, files, prompts, and context you upload or submit.
- You must have the right to use any music, artwork, images, copy, or third-party data you provide.
- Do not use Autolabel to violate platform rules, privacy rights, copyright, or applicable law.
Subscriptions and Label Balance
Subscriptions cover access, guidance, and service level. Label Balance is separate prepaid usage balance for AI/model usage, heavier workflows, analysis, generation, and automation. Pricing and included support may vary by plan.
AI and recommendations
Autolabel can help plan, organize, analyze, and draft artist workflows. Outputs are recommendations and working materials, not guaranteed commercial results, playlist placements, platform growth, press, label deals, or industry outcomes.
Third-party platforms
Connected integrations depend on each platform’s API access, review status, usage limits, and terms. If a platform does not expose a stat or permission, Autolabel will show a fallback or unavailable state rather than inventing data.
Custom services
Level 3 / custom industry-connected work is scoped case by case. Introductions, curation, and partner access are handled carefully and do not guarantee responses, placements, or deals.
