Autolabel
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Autolabel helps artists organize their Artist DNA, profile links, release plans, campaign materials, and AI-assisted workflow outputs. We collect the information needed to provide the product, keep accounts secure, and improve the Artist Dashboard experience.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email, login provider, and workspace membership.
- Artist information you add, including bios, links, goals, release notes, files, and campaign context.
- Connected-platform data only when you choose to connect or provide a profile link.
- Usage and technical data needed for security, debugging, analytics, billing, and support.
- An encrypted Apple push notification device token if you enable notifications in the iOS app.
How we use information
- To provide Autolabel, Artist Dashboard, Label Balance, and related AI Label Services.
- To personalize artist strategy, saved context, rollout planning, and workflow recommendations.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, process payments, and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal, platform, and payment obligations.
Third-party platforms
If you connect platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Twitch, X, TikTok, Meta, SoundCloud, or music data providers, Autolabel only uses the access you authorize or the public/profile information you provide. We do not claim unavailable audience stats or scrape private data.
Content permissions
For each artist profile, we record your explicit content permission, the notice version and text, and the date of acceptance or withdrawal. You can review or withdraw it in Account. These records are removed with account deletion. AI processing in the iOS app has a separate permission.
Sharing
We do not sell artist workspace data. We may share information with service providers that help operate Autolabel, such as hosting, database, analytics, AI/model providers, payment processors, and support tools, only as needed to run the service.
AI processing in the iOS app
Before an AI request, the iOS app asks permission to share your messages, saved artist profile and selected files with Z.ai (GLM) for text features and Google (Gemini) for media analysis. If you explicitly connect another AI provider, that provider processes requests made through the connection. These services process the materials to produce advice and creative outputs. You can keep AI off and browse saved work, or change permission in Account. Turning permission off stops new AI requests in the app; work already requested and automations enabled on the website may finish. Automatic reviews can be managed in Billing.
Data retention and deletion
Request permanent account deletion from Account in the app or website. We process requests within seven days, cancel associated Autolabel subscriptions, remove owned artist profiles and stored content, uploads, login credentials, platform credentials and notification tokens, and confirm by email. Memberships on other artists' profiles are removed; those artists' workspaces remain. Minimal hashed identity and tenant security tombstones prevent old sessions and jobs from accessing a recreated account. Deletion receipts contain only an identifier and timestamps. A processor reference may be retained to review a payment that arrives after deletion; it contains no account email or artist content. Payment processors may retain financial records for tax, payment, dispute or legal requirements. Service providers may retain backup copies under their own retention policies.
The iOS app does not load the Meta pixel or Clarity analytics. Notifications contain a generic completion message, not the contents of your conversations. You can disable notifications in Account or iOS Settings.
